Cindy and I would just like to congratulate you on your first sale and thank you for all of the hard work you put in to ensure that both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home went smoothly. We would also like to give you some feedback on the things you did to make our experience a good one.

First, we really appreciated that you did not try to push us into immediately accepting you as our Realtor. Frankly, we were initially concerned in accepting you as our Realtor because of your lack of experience in the industry, but your preparation and presentation of the area market and expectations were very detailed and accurate. That initial presentation demonstrated an ability to meet our needs and yet, by not forcing us into any immediate committal, allowed us to make our decisions at a pace that was comfortable for us.

Secondly, because you understood our situation completely you were able to provide us insights into potential properties that might work for us as well as those not meeting our primary needs and this keeping our search time efficient and specific to our criteria. In addition, we think that the plan you put in place regarding the Edina Realtor Open House presentation and their feedback, the "360 degree Photo tour", and the "Open House" weekends schedule and the continued feedback throughout was very thorough and complete.

Lastly, in handling the purchase of our new home, there was a lot of additional work we put you through with regards to scheduling multiple tours of the home for relatives and our own reassurance we were making the right decision. In addition to the tours, the extra communication you did on our behalf between the previous owners, their Realtor, and us was prompt, complete and explained in a manner that eliminated potential surprises. We appreciate all you have done for us and would highly recommend you as a Realtor to our friends and family.

Yucel showed great patience with me during my house hunting. For nearly a year, I was undecided about such basic things as location and style. During that time, Yucel would send me new listings he thought I might like. He often previewed houses for me so that my time would not be wasted. He would do a market analysis on any home that I was particularly interested in to make sure that the asking price was not out of range for the market in that neighborhood. When I found the perfect house, his market analysis helped me to make an offer that was accepted that was well below their original asking price.

Because I had purchased my home without having put my old home on the market I was anxious about the sale of my own home. Yucel helped to stage my home and during a time when average time on the market was around 45 days, he sold my home in 8 days for the asking price (which was the highest in that neighborhood at the time and $60,000 more than what I had purchased it for only 3 years prior).
